The three-bottle case "Mix 3/0" from the Trezero winery seeks to convey the company's cutting-edge and innovative approach to winemaking, born from the courageous decision of three young friends to produce high-quality, low-environmental-impact wines, choosing organic viticulture and the cultivation of PIWI vines resistant to the main fungal diseases of the vine as their guiding principle.
Sorlis is a sparkling white wine made exclusively from Soreli grapes, an Italian variety developed by the University of Udine from Friulano. The bubbles, obtained from a second fermentation in the bottle, enclose citrus and floral aromas, with notes of mint and sage. The mousse is fine and persistent, the palate mineral and lively, perfect for fish appetisers, cod crostini or sushi.
Tholus is a still white wine made from Soreli, with a bright straw yellow colour and aromas of wisteria and white-fleshed fruit. On the palate it is fresh and mineral, with vibrant acidity and excellent persistence, ideal with light cold cuts and prosciutto.
Arsia is a rosé wine made from 100% Merlot Khorus, a red Piwi grape variety. Pale and bright pink in colour, it expresses aromas of wild strawberries, pomegranate and sweet spices. The taste is harmonious and smooth, fresh and savoury, perfect for aperitifs and Mediterranean cuisine.

The white sparkling wine 'Sorlis' from the Trezero winery is made exclusively with PIWI white grapes of the Soreli variety. These innovative varieties are the result of crossing traditional varieties with varieties resistant to fungal diseases, such as the American variety, with the aim of obtaining plants capable of resisting diseases caused by fungi such as powdery mildew and downy mildew, the cross of every wine-grower. Soreli is an Italian variety, developed by the University of Udine from an indigenous variety very famous in Italy, the Friulano.
"Sorlis is a lively sparkling wine, pleasant and easy to drink, its bubbles are obtained by a second fermentation in the bottle. Its fresh, citrus aromas stand out, making it ideal for an aperitif with friends, perhaps before a dinner party.
The vineyards are located near the winery, in the municipality of Valvasone Arzene, in the western part of Friuli Venezia Giulia. The soils in this area are loamy-clayey, with an abundant presence of skeleton. It goes without saying that the company is committed to environmental sustainability and organic farming, using only Piwi varieties.
After manual harvesting, the grapes are lightly pressed and the must obtained is fermented at a low temperature. The resulting wine is then aged on the lees for 3-4 months, with constant batonnage. The second fermentation in the bottle takes place with the natural residual sugar. Sorlis is marketed with the lees at the bottom, without being disgorged.
In the glass, Sorlis has an elegant straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. Fresh citrus notes stand out on the nose, accompanied by delicate aromas of white flowers and hints of medicinal herbs such as mint and sage. On the finish, a hint of bread crust adds further aromatic complexity. The perlage is fine and persistent.
The palate is mineral, savoury, rich and well balanced. Its freshness and structure make it the ideal companion for convivial moments. Perfect with fish or vegetarian aperitifs, it goes well with creamed cod crostino and also with sushi, enhancing the flavours with its brilliance.

The Trezero winery's 'Tholus' wine, where three stands for the original creators of the project and zero for the environmental impact it aims to achieve, is made exclusively from grapes of the Soreli variety, a piwi grape resistant to fungal diseases. Trezero's commitment to the cultivation of these environmentally friendly and innovative varieties, which guarantee a reduction in chemical treatments, the use of agricultural machinery and CO2 emissions, is its foundation.
The quality is unquestionable, this still white wine is suitable for everyone, the tight palate makes the taste fresh, light and immediate, while the floral aromas are convincing, a pleasant and convincing dance.
The rows of vines face north-south and are planted on plots of land with clayey-clay soils in the Friuli Grave area, within the DOC appellation of the same name. The grapes are harvested by hand, which guarantees a meticulous selection.
For the white vinification, the grapes are lightly pressed, followed by a short maceration of the must, which is left to cool for a few days, during which the battonage is carried out. The battonage technique is also used in the post-fermentation phase to re-suspend the noble lees during ageing.
In the glass, 'Tholus' has a brilliant straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose is dominated by elegant floral notes, such as wisteria, accompanied by hints of white fleshed fruit.
On the palate, the wine's pronounced minerality and vibrant freshness are supported by a well-developed acidity that lingers on the finish. A perfect accompaniment to a wide range of dishes, Tholus is at its best with lightly sliced meats and especially with a good prosciutto crudo, which enhances its delicacy and liveliness.

The Arsia wine is the rosé label that is the result of the avant-garde and innovative winemaking vision of the Trezero winery. It is made with Merlot Khorus pure grapes, a PIWI red grape variety that is resistant to the main fungal diseases affecting vines.
This rosé invites you to drink it immediately, thanks to its red berry aromas, and on the palate it reveals its straightforward, pleasantly fresh side.
The Trezero winery is the result of a bold decision by three young friends to produce quality wines with a low environmental impact, using organic farming methods and the Piwi grape variety in an area of western Friuli where vines have been cultivated since Roman times. The vines are planted on very fine-textured clay soils, rich in skeletal remains of stones from the nearby Alps, carried down by the rivers that, over the centuries, have formed the Friuli Grave plateau.
The vineyards, exposed from north to south, benefit from an excellent temperature range, which favours the freshness and aromatic intensity of the grapes.
Even when ripe, the Merlot Khorus grapes maintain a good acidity profile, which is essential for a good rosé wine. They are gently pressed and processed as white grapes. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, starting at 18°-20°C for the first few days and then gradually reducing to 14°-16°C. The finished wine is aged on its fine lees, with weekly battonage to bring the lees back into suspension.
"Arsia" has a soft, bright pink colour. On the nose it expresses delicate notes of red berries, wild strawberries and pomegranate, enhanced by spicy notes of vanilla, pepper and a hint of cinnamon.
The palate is supple and harmonious, with a balance between freshness and savouriness. The aromatic persistence is surprising, with a finish reminiscent of sweet spices and fruity nuances.
Arsia is the perfect rosé for an aperitif with friends, but it can also be elegantly served throughout a meal, enhancing light dishes, starters and Mediterranean cuisine.
